All-Inclusive VIP Launch - $5000

This includes all of the items below. It's our white glove, premium launch service for podcasters who want to leverage their show for business. For details about how to build your own custom package, see the pricing of individual options below.

Custom Launch Package - $1300+

The base package starts at $1300 and includes your trailer and first three audio-only episodes, plus all of the initial set up, and unlimited strategic support.

From there, you can choose all the services you need - all are included in the VIP launch above:

  • Custom Show Art: $250

  • Launch Marketing Plan: $250

  • Guest Management: $250

  • Full Length Video: $550 (1 video per episode)

  • Short Form Video: $350 (2 reels per episode)

  • Launch Blog Posts: $350 (1 post per episode)

  • VIP Promo Boxes: $1500+ (6 promo boxes included, shipped directly to your VIPs)

Ongoing Podcast Management

All-Inclusive White Glove (Remote): $3000/month

This includes all of the items in the custom package below. It's our white glove, premium production service for podcasters who want to leverage their show for business, located anywhere in the world. *This does not include on-air epsiode support while you're recording. All-Inclusive VIP Production (Local): $4500/month

This includes all of the items in the custom package below, plus in-person support on recording days including any equipment needs, feedback and support on content or technology in the moment, and providing a VIP experience for your guests. It's our white glove, premium production service for podcasters who want to leverage their show for business, located near one of our account managers. *Currently, this service is only available in the Phoenix, Arizona area. For details about how to build your own custom package, see the pricing of individual options below.

Custom Production Services: $750+/month

The base package starts at $400/month which includes basic podcast management and show notes. Next, you choose your editing and strategic consulting packages, and finally, you choose add-ons based on your priorities and budget.

Editing Options ($/month)

  • Standard (Weekly): $550

  • Bi-Weekly: $450

  • Mini-sodes (Weekly): $350
